This website is operated by Chikwado Trading Academy Limited (RC No: 1970314). Also, known as Chikwado Trading or CTA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chikwado Trading. Chikwado Trading offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

You agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including such other terms and conditions and policies that are linked herein and/or accessible by hyperlink, by visiting our site and/or making a purchase from us, which together constitute our “Service”. All users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content producers, are subject to these Terms of Service.

Before using or visiting our website, please take the time to thoroughly read these Terms of Service. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service by accessing or using any element of the website. You are not permitted to use any services or visit the website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Acceptance is conditionally set forth in these Terms of Service if these Terms of Service are an offer.

The Terms of Service also apply to any new features or tools that are added to the live website. On this page, you can always review the most recent version of the terms of service. By publishing updates and/or changes to our website, we retain the right to amend, modify, or replace any element of these Terms of Service. By accepting these Terms of Service, you warrant that you are at least the legal age of majority in the state or province in which you reside, or that you are the legal age of majority in the state or province in which you reside and you have granted us permission to let any minor dependents of yours to use this site.

You are not permitted to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, nor are you permitted to use the Service in a manner that violates any local laws (including, but not limited to, copyright laws). You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Anytime, for any reason, we have the right to deny service to anyone. You are aware that your content (except credit card data) may be transmitted over a variety of networks and subject to (a) transmission over those networks; and (b) changes to meet and adapt to the technical requirements of those networks or devices. Whenever credit card data is transferred over networks, it is always encrypted.

You agree that you will not, without our prior written consent, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is given.

The headings used in this agreement are simply there for your convenience and have no bearing on these Terms in any way.

Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We disclaim all liability for inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information made accessible on this site or through the use of our services. The information on this website and the services we offer are only meant to be used for general education and informational purposes; they shouldn’t be relied upon or used as the only basis for decisions without first contacting reliable primary, more complete, more accurate, or more up-to-date sources of data. Trading in futures, options, and spot currencies all have significant potential risks as well as profits. Your use of the information on this website is at your own risk.

There may be historical data on this website. Information that is historical is unavoidably out of date and is only offered for your reference. Although we reserve the right to change the information on this site at any time, we are under no obligation to do so. You acknowledge that it is your duty to keep track of updates to our website.

Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Without prior notice, our product prices can vary. We retain the right to change or stop providing the Service (or any feature or material within) at any time and without prior notice. Any time the Service is altered, its pricing is changed, it is suspended, or it is discontinued, we won’t be responsible to you or any third parties.

Section 5 – Products of Services

The website may be the only place where customers can purchase specific products or services. We have done everything we can to represent the service we provide as accurately as possible.

The advertisements for all membership types of Chikwado Trading state that they are VAT-exclusive. Therefore, only purchases that are applicable will have VAT applied at checkout.

Although we reserve the right to do so, we are not compelled to do so in relation to who is allowed to purchase our products or use our services. This right may be used in certain circumstances. The quantity of any products or services we provide is subject to change without notice. According to our sole discretion, we reserve the right to make any changes to the terms of any product descriptions or prices at any time.

Any product may be withdrawn at any time, subject to our discretion. Every offer made for any product or service on this website is invalid where prohibited. We make no guarantees as to whether any products, services, details, or other content you buy or get will live up to your expectations, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the information you’ll find through our services or that any errors or omissions will be fixed.

5.1. Discord Community

Access to this workspace may be terminated at any point if deemed that any rules or guidelines have been broken. The Discord rules and guidelines can be accessed via your members’ dashboard.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to abide by the Discord rules and guidelines as outlined within your dashboard.

Section 6 – Cancellation and Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

All Chikwado Trading membership types continue on a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term until cancelled (i.e. the three-month membership recurs every three months, for a further three months). By subscribing to one of the available packages, you therefore consent to the autorenewal and payment of your membership.

You must have internet access and supply us with one or more Payment Methods in order to utilize the Chikwado Trading service. “Payment Method” refers to a current, legitimate, and accepted payment method, as updated from time to time, and may involve funding a transaction through a third-party account.

You authorize us to charge your next membership fee to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below) unless you cancel your membership before your payment date for recurring memberships.

We might provide a variety of membership options, such as exclusive promotional plans or memberships provided in conjunction with the sale of third parties’ products and services. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

6.1. Billing Cycle.

On the calendar day associated with the start of the paying portion of your membership, the membership fee for the Chikwado Trading service(s) and any additional fees you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and potential transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on a recurring basis relevant to the subscribed membership term.

In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.

6.2. Payment Methods.

To use the Chikwado Trading service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. By navigating to the “Account” tab, choosing “Subscriptions,” and then choosing “Update,” you can update your payment methods.

Using data from the payment service providers, we might additionally change your payment methods. You give us permission to continue using the relevant Payment Method(s) after any modification. In the event that your primary Payment Method is rejected or is otherwise unavailable to us for payment of your membership fee, you authorize us to charge any other Payment Method connected to your account.

Any unpaid sums are your responsibility. We may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method if a payment is unsuccessfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or another reason and you do not cancel your account. The issuer may impose costs for some Payment Methods, such as foreign transaction fees or other expenses associated with processing your Payment Method. Depending on the chosen payment method, local tax charges could change. For further information, check with your Payment Method service provider.

6.3. Cancellation.

You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Chikwado Trading service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched Chikwado Trading content. To cancel, go to the “Account” page, select “Subscriptions” and then “Cancel”. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

6.4. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans.

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, your subscription price will never increase unless you cancel and re-subscribe to the Chikwado Trading service at a later date.

6.5. Refusal of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

6.6. Maintaining your Payment Details.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We might give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or have any say in. You understand and accept that we provide these tools accessible “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees, assurances, or conditions of any sort. We also do not recommend or make any claims about these tools. We won’t be held responsible for anything related to or resulting from your use of optional third-party tools.

You must understand and agree to the conditions under which any optional tools given by the appropriate third-party provider(s) are provided before using any optional tools made available through the site at your own risk and discretion.

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

The termination of this agreement shall not affect the parties’ obligations and liabilities accrued before the termination date.

Unless and until terminated by either you or us, these Terms of Service are in force. By telling us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by stopping your usage of our website, you may terminate these Terms of Service at any time.

This agreement may also be terminated at any time without notice if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service or we have reasonable grounds to think that you have done so and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof). Section 20 – Photographs and/or Video

By taking part in any event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for advertising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the company’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and advertising campaigns.
